Come, enjoy taking a wool appliqué class with renowned textile & fiber artist Stacy West of Buttermilk Basin or a skilled employee! You will learn the basics of wool appliqué and complete an adorable small wool project. You will learn her tried and true fusing technique, cutting tips, basic stitches & gain knowledge of the use of various threads. We know once you learn the basics, you will fall in love with this medium and get lost in handwork!

Intro to Embroidery Course

Drop in and enjoy creating a small monthly themed wool project with your pal! Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, light snacks & inspiration provided!
Price: $10 * Register & Prepay by Wednesday the week of the Make it Take it
Session Time: 10-11:45
Kit Includes: Pattern, Wool, Thread and/or Buttons and Twine
What to bring: Scissors, Pencil & Chenille Needles
Please note: You need to come into the shop and make the project, no “pick ups”. Also, this is not a wool applique class, rather a time to drop in, get guidance and stitch up a fun project with other handwork enthusiasts! We do offer an Intro to Wool Applique Class.

Refunds: No refunds will be given; however, if you can’t make it to class, you have until the following Saturday to pick up your kit.
Block of the Months (BOMs) make creating easy and fun! Choose the program you love, sign-up and then the rest is automatic.
